This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Fur Universe. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a refund, the product must:

  • Be unused;

  • Be in its original packaging;

  • Be in a resalable condition;

  • Include all original accessories and inserts.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence where applicable.

All claims are subject to inspection and verification before a refund, replacement, or other remedy is approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused if:

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling;

  • The product is not returned in its original condition and packaging;

  • Proof of purchase cannot be provided.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
